1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Card.Coffee, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Card.Coffee provides a digital loyalty card platform that enables businesses to create and manage loyalty programs using Apple Wallet and Google Wallet technology. The service includes customer management, stamp tracking, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use Card.Coffee, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

Beta Pricing: The first 10 businesses to sign up receive special pricing of €29/month. After the first 10 spots, standard pricing is €49/month.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the subscription renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Card.Coffee and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Card.Coffee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (logos, images, etc.), and grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Card.Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
